Privacy Policy
The contact and personal information we collect about you will never be shared outside of Centare and event co-sponsors. We may from time to time share aggregate data with our partners, but in all such cases, this data will be made fully anonymous. We will never sell our list to any outside organization. We may photograph or videotape speakers and attendees for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.
Cancellation Policy
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, notify the conference registrar in writing by March 4th, 2014 to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after March 4th, 2014 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee. In the event that ALM Chicago is cancelled, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee.
Special Policies
No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at ALM Chicago.
Speakers
The speakers listed on this web site are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace that faculty member with one of comparable experience and qualifications.
